NWC-SSG Mission

Northwest Center (NWC) Support Services Group (SSG) is dedicated to providing custodial, grounds keeping and other facility services to governmental and private customers. In support of NWC, SSG employs many adults with disabilities along with other staff to perform on-site customer work activities.

Quality Management System Scope

The SSG quality management system covers the provision of support services for a variety of private and governmental facilities. The system is structured to be compliant with the ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2000 Standard (hereinafter referred to as ISO 9001) and meets all requirements of the standard.
