Process Map

The following diagram defines the key Processes within the SSG quality management system.

The Processes are categorized into three primary interactive groups:

  • Management Processes which serve to manage the entire system
  • Support Processes which provide necessary operational support functions
  • Operational Processes which span the major services provision activities

At this level of detail, sequencing within groups is shown only as typical and where obvious major one-to-one relationships exist. Detailed interrelationships are shown in Process Definitions.
